Ability to Tag issues on Targets

We have several Hundred Targets, and often Clients will come to us with their own reports. Also, different teams are responsible for resolving issues on specific targets but not others.

Is it possible to tag specific issues on targets so we can say “This is reported By Client X and should be tracked” or “This is also found on Security Scorecard, so fixing this is a double dip”
